The Three-Month Cycle

Once your case is file-stamped, an Arbitrator is assigned. Your case will then automatically appear on a “Status Call” every three months.

  • The Goal of the Call: It is a scheduled check-in where the parties update the Arbitrator on the case’s progress.
  • Representing Yourself: If you don’t have a lawyer, you are responsible for appearing at these calls. Failure to show up could lead to your case being dismissed.
