Supreme Court reviews death sentence of Boston Marathon terrorist Dzhokhar Tsarnaev

In 2015, Tsarnaev was convicted for the deaths of Krystle Campbell, Martin Richard and Lingzi Lu, among other charges.
Leaving the sidewalks with pellets, nails, metal debris and glass shards, very close to the finish line, thousands of people were injured when the two shrapnel bombs exploded.
Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was found guilty and sentenced to spend the rest of his life in prison, and in 2020 a federal court appealed for unspeakably brutal acts, that said they should carry out a new trial in the criminal phase excluding evidence which could help in his case.
