Gas explosion near Moscow leaves dead, injured

Large gas explosion on the outskirts of Moscow on Wednesday, in which there were at least 5 people injured and two deaths. This was reported by the authorities to the press, they fear that there could still be people under the rubble.

The 9-story building located in Noginsk, a city 30 miles east of the Russian capital, said explosion damaged the lower part of the building as well as 30 other apartments. Evacuating 170 people.

So far 51 people have been rescued from the damaged part of the building, they hope to find more people under the rubble.

At the moment 14 people have been injured and 6 are in hospitals, according to local emergency officials.
